What nutrients does a dairy product
give us?

Dairy products are mainly composed of water, protein, fat, lactose and rich minerals. Billions of people around the world consume these high-quality nutrients from milk and dairy products every day.

How can dairy products preserve nutrition effectively?
Dairy products are rich in various nutrients, providing people with nutrients; however, they may also become the natural medium of microorganisms, causing deterioration of dairy products. Unsuitable storage is prone to cause a series of chemical changes that accelerate these deterioration processes and let nutrition become a hazard.
  • Different dairy products have different storage methods and time; we arrange the information as follow.
  1. Fresh milk, as known as pasteurized milk, usually filled in glass bottles or fresh milk house box and needs to be refrigerated.
  2. Normal temperature milk, after high temperature sterilization, commonly used in Tetra Pak packaging, carton pack, etc., does not require refrigeration.
  3. Yogurt, fermented by a number of bacteria, most of them need to be refrigerated. The ingredients are similar to milk, but the lactose ratio is reduced by about 30%. Those who are lactose intolerant can choose yogurt.
  4. Yogurt drink (including milk drink), general yogurt, sour milk, lactic acid bacteria drink, fruit milk, etc., can be stored at normal temperature.
