AUTOMOTIVE LAMP

As a very important component of a car, car lights(automotive lamps) play an important role in day/night lighting, driving signals, fog light collision avoidance, direction signs, etc., and are an important guarantee for car safety.

The method of making car lights is to seal the lens and lamp housing through sealant, and the sealant needs to withstand the influence of the heat emitted by the bulb, and must maintain the sealing and bonding performance in a high temperature environment, and at the same time, it must not release organic gas, produces fogging phenomenon, and does not turn yellow, which affects the appearance.

In order to seal the lens and the shades together, we use lamp sealants  for lamination. At the same time, it is matched with UV Primer to fill the reflective surface, and Hard Coat is applied to the surface of the shell to increase weather resistance. All the adhesives  must effectively resist high and low temperature, having resistance to UV and moisture, not yellow or foggy, also good adhesion to plastic.

The auto lamp assembly process provided by Tex Year Group includes: auto headlamps, rear lamps, and fog lamps are assembled in the lamp housing. Polyolefin hot melt adhesives, butyl rubber hot melt adhesives, PUR hot melt adhesives and reworkable are provided respectively. The four hot melt adhesive systems of gel-based hot melt adhesives correspond to different production processes and requirements.
