EDGE BANDING

Selecting suitable hot melt adhesives for edge banding helps production efficiency improvement, reduces numbers of times of repairs, and increases quality of furniture.

Tex Year offers filled and unfilled edge banding and profile wrapping glues that can work with edge thickness lower than 2.5m, work with different types of machines and operations.

Edge banding glues: We have products that work under high/ medium/ low temperatures and auto/semi-manual/manual machines. The applications can be edge banding of PVC, ABS, solid wood, wood veneer, fiber board, particle board, plywood, and fire retardant wood.
 
Profile wrapping glues: Viscosities are adjustable. Workable to wrapping or lamination of PVC film, paper material, OPP film to fiber board wrapping, solid wood board, and fire retardant materials.
