UL ADHESIVES

Insulation materials are normally used for home appliances. It requires nice performances, heat resistance, cold resistance, water proof, vibration resistance, and flame retardant that avoids burning caused by sparks.    
UL hot melt adhesives are eco-friendly and are able to replace solvent based flame retardant adhesives. Furthermore, working with hot melt glue gun brings simpler equipment and less investment, which is convenient. There are 2 types of UL hot melt adhesives: Polyolefin based and polyamide (halogen free).

What makes adhesives flame retardant is the interaction of halogen flame retardant agent and inorganic chemicals. However, halogen will be gradually prohibited by governments for environment protection purpose.  

Our UL hot melt adhesive, UL certified grade, good option for fast speed production, has very short setting time. 
UL hot melt adhesives are workable for electronic part fixation, cable fixation, filling, refrigerator pipe positioning, AC foam assembly.
